The Feet Meet is a unified track and field meet that sees students with and without disabilities partner and represent their schools in a friendly, uplifting environment surrounded by their classmates, friends, and community. Students participate in unique physical and creative activities through different stations at the Feet Meet event, resulting in an experience that helps spark new friendships, encourages teamwork and collaboration, and inspires leadership and unity.

As hundreds of students made their way to ground level at the high school's sports stadium, just down Laurel Spring Road, the bright lights of Prince George County Police escorted participants in the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run, which stepped off from L.L. Beazley Elementary School just before the opening ceremonies of the Feet Meet. The Torch Run and its members carried the "Flame of Hope" down into the stadium past hundreds of cheering students and volunteers to begin a fun-filled day of activities at a selection of different stations.

Across the stations, including running, soccer, a fun obstacle course, and others, student volunteers served as inviting, welcoming hosts at the Feet Meet. Among those building relationships with fellow students were members of the high school's football, baseball, and soccer teams, while students in the Prince George High School's sports management career and technical education program got hands-on experience running activities at a large-scale live event under the stewardship of their teacher, Mr. Travis Carr.
